Commissions & Procuration Fees

The position with commissions has altered dramatically over the last few years.

It is no longer the case of being able to say that a particular organisation or network is offered a LAUTRO enhancement - bonds for example, are expressed as a percentage of investment and the advent of Stakeholder charged pensions has meant that the LAUTRO rates quoted by product providers are confusing and certainly it is not possible to have a direct comparison across all providers.

However, for protection business, Whitechurch has obtained a range of enhanced commission rates which are comparable with the larger networks.

The position is similar with mortgage procuration fees paid to The Network.

Commissions Administration

If you opt for direct authorisation, you will receive commission payments direct from the provider, to make sure you get your money as quickly as possible.

With mortgage business, remember you are at liberty to use any club or packager if you feel that even higher procuration fees can be obtained.
