Commissions & Procuration Fees

The position with commissions has altered dramatically over the last few years.

It is no longer the case of being able to say that a particular organisation or network is offered a LAUTRO enhancement - bonds for example, are expressed as a percentage of investment and the advent of Stakeholder charged pensions has meant that the LAUTRO rates quoted by product providers are confusing.

However, for protection business, Whitechurch has obtained a range of enhanced commission rates which are comparable with the larger networks.

The position is similar with mortgage procuration fees paid to The Network.

Commissions Administration

Commission is paid on a weekly basis, not monthly like some networks, without any deduction for a lapse reserve. (A list of pipeline business will also be made available to enable both you and the Network to ensure that any outstanding commission is not overlooked).
