Charges & Fees
We believe that we can provide a more cost-effective service than
other networks.
Fees are included within one retention percentage*,
aside from the FSCS levy. In other words, this one fee covers all
administration costs, FSA registration fee and of course, PI Insurance.
All renewal commissions including fund based renewals, trail commissions,
are paid to yourself on a gross basis regardless of whether they
emanate from a previous network or during your membership of The
Whitechurch Network.
Many existing members have saved somewhere between £3,000-£6,000
by making the move to The Whitechurch Network from an existing network.
Additionally they have benefited from a much simpler charging structure.
We would re-iterate that aside from the FSCS levy there are no additional
charges within the costing structure. Equally, there are no additional
compulsory costs for IT, FSA registration fee, training and testing
plus PI insurance within our normal operation.
Remember, when comparing charges between networks it is important
NOT to just see the retention (%) as a comparison. A retention charge
(%) made by The Whitechurch Network is all (FSCS aside) inclusive.
Other networks typically charge monthly fees and may even often
have both FSA fees and PII costs in addition to a 'perceived' lower
retention charge (%).
Due to the special deals that both The Whitechurch Network (IFA) and The Whitechurch Network (Mortgages) are offering, please either call Ian McIver on 07730 146249 or email him on ianmciver@whitechurchnetwork.com in order to gain details on our fees.
* Unless new
business turnover is below £40,000 pa.
The FSCS Levy
This is the only additional charge to any quoted retention (%)
rate. Very simply we take the annual invoice and divide it equally
amongst the relevant membership. We even add in any members of staff
who are appropriately FSA registered. You have an assurance with
Whitechurch that there is no element of profit made from this charge
whatsoever.
