Members Area Help
If you are experiencing difficulty in logging on to the members
area, here are a few troubleshooting tips you can try.
Ensure 'Caps Lock' is off
Passwords for the members area are case-sensitive, meaning
the password 'ABC' is recognised as being different to 'abc', or
'aBc', for example. If you have switched caps lock on by mistake,
this could be interfering with the password you are entering.
