Extra services

No matter which level of service you choose you may feel that you need additional services, for example an extra review visit, a larger number of file checks or a special project. If so, these are available, either on a one-off or regular basis, by negotation.

Penalties on leaving

None, other than the usual 3 months notice period.

VAT on fees

We are currently negotiating with the Customs and Excise, but we believe that all fees will be subject to VAT and hence this will be added to our fees. However, if VAT is not applicable there will of course be no additional charge.
