Commission & Procuration Fees

For protection business, Whitechurch has obtained a range of enhanced commission rates which are comparable with the larger networks.

The position is similar with mortgage procuration fees paid to The Network.

Current terms we have negotiated

Commissions Administration

Commission is paid on a weekly basis, not monthly like some networks, without any deduction for a lapse reserve. (A list of pipeline business will also be made available to enable both you and the Network to ensure that any outstanding commission is not overlooked).

With mortgage business, remember you are at liberty to use any club or packager if you feel that even higher procuration fees can be obtained.

Clubs

For firms writing mortgage business our experience shows that the majority of members prefer to make use of the various mortgage clubs e.g. Legal and General (PMS), Norwich Union, and Abbey's Mortgage Alliance, and as such the equivalent research software such as Trigold and Mortgage Brain are very often provided free of charge or discounted.
